The Rock is one of the few men in wrestling history to take over Hollywood just like the WWF.
He made his WWF pay-per-view debut at Survivor Series 1996 and was his team's sole survivor. His WrestleMania debut was at XIII in Chicago against Rikishi who at that time wrestled under the name the Sultan. Who knew that in just about one and a half years time Rocky would win his first of many championships. At Survivor Series 1998 he and the McMahon's cheated Mankind out of a tournament final and championship win. The two combatants went on to have some of the most grueling battles and flip-flop the title on three occasions.
Since hitting it big in the WWF, the Rock has also gone on to even greater success in Hollywood. He's gotten his first starring role in this summer's blockbuster "The Scorpion King," which in it's opening week blasted its way to number one. He is now out of the WWE, but is filming movies that most people compare him to Arnold Schwarzenegger. Will he come back to wrestling or stick with Hollywood? He seems to pop up on WWE TV from time to time, on the RAW roster, to promote his new gigs in Hollywood.
