Chris Benoit defeated Raven in a Raven's Rules Match after Raven passed out by Benoit's Crippler Crossface

Chris Jericho defeated Rey Mysterio, jr. (WCW Cruiserweight Champion) to win the championship by making Mysterio submit

Booker T (WCW TV Champion) defeated Rick Martell

Larry Zbyszko defeated Scott Hall by disqualification in this "grudge match" after Louie Spicolli interfered

Ray Traylor and the Steiner Brothers defeated the Konnan, and Vicious and Delicious when Scott Steiner pinned Konnan

Kevin Nash defeated the Giant after a Jackknife powerbomb.  The match was billed as "A Battle of the Giants."  If The Giant went near Nash before January 24, he had to pay a $1.5 million fine.  If Nash didn't show up, he'd have to pay the fine.
