"Then. Now. Forever." The WWE video leads us into the show.
A video kicks off the show highlighting the events from last Monday's RAW. After much interference, Dean Ambrose was able to defeat John Cena in a Contract on a Pole match to get a match against Seth Rollins in Hell in a Cell. On the RAW Post-Show, Cena said Ambrose had earned his respect.
The Authority promotes the Hell in a Cell PPV
The Hell in a Cell structure is seen hanging over the ring in Kansas City. The Authority's music hits. Triple H leads Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, and Kane to the ring. Triple H welcomes the crowd to Monday Night RAW. Triple H is sure tonight will be an epic night. It will be a night that The Authority can be proud of. These three men will compete in this very ring in a three-on-two handicap street fight against John Cena and Dean Ambrose. Should Ambrose and Cena make it through tonight, Hell is literally hanging over their heads. This Sunday night, Ambrose and Cena will go straight to hell. Hell in a Cell to be more specific. The most ominous and destructive structure ever designed in the WWE. Unspeakable things will happen in the Cell this Sunday and you can see it live on the WWE Network for just $9.99.
Triple H says he's been inside Hell in a Cell. It changes your life. It is not the kind of match you win, even though he has won more Hell in a Cell matches than any man alive. That is not his point. His point is it's not the kind of match you win. It's the kind of match you survive. This Cell will put an end to two of WWE's most heated rivalries. In one Cell, it will be the face of the WWE, Randy Orton taking on a 15-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion in John Cena. In the other match, it will be the unstable Dean Ambrose competing against Mr. Money in the Bank, Seth Rollins.
Rollins says he likes that moniker, and he's interrupted by a "You sold out," chant. Rollins laughs before saying he was thinking of a new nickname: "Undisputed Future of the WWE" Seth Rollins. The crowd boos, and Rollins says the keyword is "future." That is something Ambrose will no longer have after he wins THE main event this Sunday. Orton takes the microphone and says the true main event will involve a couple of superstars that have been around WWE longer than a hot cup of coffee. Orton says he will beat John Cena at Hell in a Cell this Sunday and end the rivalry once and for all.
Triple H says they're both right. They're both in the main event as it's a double main event. While the whole world wants to see Rollins destroy Ambrose in the Hell in a Cell match, what he's about to say will put Orton's match over even more. Orton's match won't just be about ending a rivalry. It will be about opportunity. The winner of that match will receive an opportunity with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar. Orton says he'll make Triple H so proud. Unlike the Kansas City Royals that haven't won in twenty-nine years, he'll make Triple H proud, as he'll beat Cena and then Lesnar. Triple H says he knows Orton will make him proud as well as Rollins and Kane. All of them will make him proud in the main event tonight and at Hell in a Cell. Triple H then says The Authority always wins. That is best for business. The Authority's music hits, and Kane makes the ring posts explode with fire.

Triple H says he doesn't doubt it for a second and it is a long time coming. Triple H then says it was all Seth Rollins' idea. Orton cannot believe it. Triple H says Rollins was looking out for Orton. Orton says he'll go find Rollins and thank him personally. Orton then leaves the office.

Seth Rollins is looking at his briefcase when Randy Orton walks into his locker room. Orton thanks him for making the match suggestion to Triple H. Rollins says it wasn't a problem since he was just looking out for him. Orton says that's the problem he's having. Orton asks why he's looking out for him. Rollins says he's a team player. Orton says he doesn't want Rollins on his team before telling him to stay out of his business. Rollins laughs before telling him to take it easy. This Sunday at Hell in a Cell, Orton has a golden opportunity to beat John Cena and end the rivalry for good. If by some miracle, and it would be a miracle, Orton could go on and beat Brock Lesnar to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. From there, the future takes care of itself, and Rollins holds up his briefcase. Orton scoffs and says the future will take care of itself.

Hulk Hogan will have an exclusive interview on the WWE Network immediately following RAW.
Randy Orton addresses his Hell in a Cell match for Sunday
The Hell in a Cell structure is seen hanging ominously over the ring. Randy Orton's music hits, and he makes his way out to the ring in his suit. The winner of John Cena vs. Randy Orton will get a future match against Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Orton says this Sunday he'll face John Cena in the most demonic structure the WWE has ever seen. This isn't the first time they've faced each other in a Hell in a Cell match, so they know how brutal it can be. Time really flies. It seems like yesterday it was 2002 when he and Cena were making their debuts. He was third-generational royalty, and Cena was just some punk kid that thought he could rap. A "Let's go Royals," chant breaks out, and Orton screams that the Royals will never win the big one. Orton says he and Cena went on to be the top superstars of their generation. It was Hogan-Piper, Michaels-Hart, Austin-Rock, and now Cena-Orton. From the bottom of his heart, he does respect Cena, but at the end of the day, he's still the jacked up punk kid from Boston who has no business being in the same ring as him. Orton is better than him. Cena can take his hustle, loyalty, and respect and shove it up his ass. He will never care what is right or fighting for it. The last time they fought on a PPV was earlier this year at the Royal Rumble, and he beat him there. Orton says he will beat Cena at Hell in a Cell, and he will savor every second of it. Then he'll go on to face The Beast.
John Cena's music hits, and he comes out to a good pop from the crowd. Cena leans against some Kansas City Royals fans before getting in the ring. Cena tells Orton to shut up. Cena says everyone in the building knows that Orton is gifted and a future Hall of Famer, but every time he opens his mouth, he proves to the world that he is the biggest dumbass alive. Orton talks about the old times like some grandpa who just peed his pants. Cena does an old man impression before saying it's not 2002. This is how stupid Orton is. Orton comes here with all that is going on in the city right now (the crowd loudly applauds before doing a "Let's go Royals," chant) and says the Royals don't have a chance. In 2002 he'd have been right. The Royals lost 100 games that year. 2002 was also the last time Orton was relevant. Now it's 2014, and the Royals are in the World Series. They have their eyes squarely on the World Series Championship. Orton says being in the World Series and winning it are two completely different things. Cena says he's right just like on Sunday. Orton will be in the Hell in a Cell match, but he doesn't have a chance of winning it.
Cena says he had his sights set on Seth Rollins because he took the title away from him, but now his eyes are on Orton. If he wins the match on Sunday, he'll get a shot at the title again. Cena says he wants to fight The Beast. This structure is destructive and painful. This Sunday, Orton will be locked in the Cell with a man on a mission. This man will see only the face of Brock Lesnar. This Sunday, Orton will go face-to-face with the man who runs the place, and Hell is coming with him!
Paul Heyman makes his way out to the stage to boos from the crowd. Heyman says, "Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman, and this revisionist history being promulgated by WWE is nothing short of laughable." Heyman says the Class of 2002 featured Randy Orton, John Cena, and "The Next Big Thing," the beast who conquered The Rock for the WWE Championship. That man is the reigning, defending, undisputed WWE Heavyweight Champion on the World in 2002 and 2014. This Sunday, Cena and Orton will enter into the Hell in a Cell structure. Heyman takes note of the structure hanging over the ring. Heyman says both will hope to win to define their legacies against each other. His client has no equal, which is why the winner of this match is the ultimate loser because you then have to step into the ring with a Beast, not a man. Heyman says he's always respected Orton and knows how much he wants the WWE Title, but he assures him that he wants no part of his Beast.
Cena is leaving when Heyman cuts him off. While Orton wants no part of his Beast, Cena wants both: the title and the Beast. Heyman doesn't know what Cena has on the brain, but it's not sound thinking. If Cena gets by Orton, and Cena cannot simply get by, then he has to get into the ring with his challenger-eating carnivore, Brock Lesnar. Cena lifts Heyman up in AA position before putting him down. Orton then drops Cena with the RKO! Heyman laughs heartily as Orton shouts, "Who's stupid now?" at Cena. Orton stands side-by-side with Heyman before dropping him with an RKO as well! Orton throws Cena's hat into the crowd as his music plays.
The commentators talk about what just happened before showing replays of Rusev nearly beating Big Show last Monday on RAW. Mark Henry interfered and saved Big Show. Big Show then knocked Rusev out at ringside.
Rusev is seen walking backstage with Lana. He'll be in action, next.
Replays are shown of Randy Orton hitting both John Cena and Paul Heyman with a pair of RKO's.
Big E vs. Rusev w/ Lana
Rusev angrily looks into the crowd as a USA chant begins. They lock up, and Rusev powers him away before screaming at him. They lock up again, and Rusev powers him to the corner. Rusev releases it, and they lock up again. Rusev again gets him in the corner and punches him down. Rusev throws him to the other corner and kicks away at him. Big E punches back at him before hitting the ropes. Big E floors Rusev with an avalanche that knocks him out of the ring. Big E follows him out of the ring and kicks him. Rusev kicks him back, but Big E comes back by sending him into the barricade. Big E throws him into the ring and knees him in the midsection. Big E hits some shoulder thrusts in the corner, but Rusev kicks and punches back at him. Rusev clubs him down before applying a front face-lock. Big E fights up and elbows out. Big E hits the ropes, but Rusev takes him down with a back elbow. Rusev stomps him a few times before punching him. Rusev hits the ropes, but Big E leapfrogs him. Big E kicks him in the face before hitting the ropes. Rusev then takes him down with a spinning heel kick.
We come back from the break to see Big E slinging Rusev off him before hitting a belly-to-belly overhead suplex. Big E then charges into a thrust kick from Rusev. Rusev stomps the spine and applies the Accolade for the win.
Winner by Submission: Rusev

Lana says this Sunday, the cowardly Big Show will prove and fail all of the Americans. The Big Show is not an American hero. He deserves to be in a circus as people throw half-eaten food at him and laugh as he wallows in his own excrement. Rusev says, "Big Show, I'm going to rip your giant heart out and devour it. Big Show, you are going to fail your country, and all these people will despise you for it!" Lana tells the "hopeless Americans" to rise for the true red, white, and blue. The flag of the Russian Federation never comes down. Big Show is then seen laughing on the titantron. The American flag unfurls above the ring as "The Stars and Stripes Forever" plays on the speakers! Rusev and Lana flip out in the ring.
Rusev goes to rip the American flag down, but a United States soldier runs into the ring. Security stops him, and Rusev knocks him out with a thrust kick before leaving the ring. Officials check on him as a USA chant starts up.
Big Show came out during the commercial break to help the young soldier to the back.
Big Show is still in the ring looking upset with the American flag still hanging over the ring. Big Show is holding back tears before stomping the mat. A big USA chant breaks out as Big Show stares out into the crowd. Big Show says there are certain lines you don't cross. You do not disrespect an American soldier ever. Big Show, with tears running down his cheeks, says Rusev wants his attention and to be inside his head. What Rusev just did will make him unleash all of the wrath he has inside on him. He is an American and a giant. At Hell in a Cell, Rusev's fifteen minutes in the WWE are up.
Big Show leaves the ring before charging back into it. Big Show says to forget about Hell in a Cell, as he wants to do this now. Big Show calls Rusev out, and a USA chant breaks out once again. Rusev doesn't answer the challenge. Big Show says if Rusev doesn't want to come to him, then he'll go to Rusev.
The commentators talk about what just happened.
Big Show is seen walking backstage when he asks a stagehand where Rusev's dressing room is. The man points to the door that says, "Rusev." Big Show kicks the door open, but Rusev is not inside. Big Show stares angrily before leaving the room.
Elsewhere backstage, Dean Ambrose is seen watching "See No Evil 2" with popcorn in his hand. John Cena walks in and asks what he's doing. Ambrose says he's doing research for the match tonight. Ambrose says Kane is sick and twisted in the movie. Cena asks if this is really his plan. Ambrose says they're like a comic book movie. It's like Superman teaming with Batman. Ambrose says they stand for truth, justice, and the American way. Cena has an American square jaw whereas he likes to beat up scumbags and has been known to wear a cape. Cena says they have a match tonight. The three people in that match will do what they can to take them out of commission. Ambrose tells him to relax. Even though he's undefeated in Contract on a Pole matches, but handicap street fights are his specialty. They'll throw punches at anything that moves. If they take them down, they take as many of them as they can with them. Cena says he likes it. Cena says the Batman thing isn't a good comparison as Ambrose is more like the Joker. Ambrose says, "Hmm, why so serious?"
Stephanie McMahon will be a 2015 Eisenhower USA Fellow.
Summer Rae vs. Brie Bella
They lock up, and Summer knees her in the midsection. Summer puts her in the corner and bashes her face off the turnbuckle for a one count. John Cena and Dean Ambrose will face Randy Orton, Kane, and Seth Rollins in the main event.
Dean Ambrose is seen walking backstage with two strange bags in his hands. He'll be out in the ring, next.
The commentators plug the WWE Network and all the programming after the conclusion of RAW.
Dean Ambrose talks about facing Seth Rollins at Hell in a Cell
Dean Ambrose makes his entrance to the ring carrying what turned out to be one large, clunky duffel bag. Ambrose throws it into the ring and sets a chair up in the center. The Hell in a Cell structure is seen hanging dangerously low above the ring. Ambrose says for the last four months, he's been having dreams and visions about what he'd do if he got his hands on Seth Rollins. This Sunday he gets his hands on that sell out inside the Hell in a Cell. Ambrose opens up the bag and pulls out a mannequin of Seth Rollins. Ambrose sits it in the chair and talks to it. Ambrose says he's nothing but a puppet for The Authority. Rollins does all the dirty work, but that doesn't suit him. Rollins never liked getting his hands dirty. Ambrose will do him a favor so Rollins doesn't think he doesn't care about him. The first body part he rips off in the cell will be his hands. Ambrose rips off the arm of the mannequin. Ambrose slaps the Rollins mannequin with the severed hand. Ambrose hits the mannequin with a screwdriver and a hammer.
Ambrose takes out a saw and says he wants to saw off his testicles, but he already sold those to The Authority. Ambrose grabs the mannequin by the crotch with tongs before giving it a piledriver.
Seth Rollins' music hits, and he makes his way out to the stage with Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble. Rollins congratulates Ambrose for finding an opponent on his intellectual level. They all know Ambrose will never beat him, but at least he can parlay this into a comedy career opening for Carrot Top, Gallagher, and Louis CK. Ambrose says he wants to give a hand to the world's biggest sell out. Ambrose then throws the mannequin arm at him. Rollins says he did sell out. It stings a bit coming from the Missouri crowd since he grew up in the Midwest, but that's where the similarities end. Rollins knew he was destined to be more than some pathetic Midwestern piece of trailer park trash. None of these losers will ever have any idea what it's like to be him. He is famous, rich, and a somebody. That's why they're taking photos of him to put on Instagram to tell him that he was their favorite part of RAW. Rollins says he sold out. So what? He sold The Shield out as well as Dean Ambrose? So what? Ambrose says they have a main event and wants to save the worst for Hell in a Cell, but they can give a preview to the people of Kansas City. Ambrose is holding a drill in his hands as Rollins stands on the ring steps. Rollins says he doesn't sweat Ambrose or the drill in his hand. Rollins says he doesn't sweat Hell in a Cell.
Mick Foley's music hits, and the Hardcore Legend makes a surprising return to WWE to a great pop. Foley gets in the ring as the crowd chants his name. Foley says he came by to visit an old friend, and he points to the Hell in a Cell. Foley congratulates both of them for fulfilling both of their destinies. Foley says he remembers in December of 2012, his kids came back from the Barclays Center raving about The Shield. Foley says he set the bar of expectations high every night he watches RAW. Foley says he watches Smackdown and subscribes to the WWE Network for an undisclosed sum of money every month. The Shield was as dominant a team as he's seen in this generation. Foley says he visualized the day when they would go head-to-head. In almost every scenario, he envisioned Seth Rollins coming out victorious.
Rollins gets in the ring and says he likes to hear that. Just when he thought Foley had nothing redeeming in his body and has made a mockery of everything he's done in the ring by dressing as Santa Claus, he's still got some good ideas in his head. Foley says he missed the key words in his sentence, and that is "almost every scenario." The Hell in a Cell is no normal scenario. Dean Ambrose has made his intentions very clear. Ambrose wants to rip Rollins' face off. The Hell in a Cell gives him the tools to do it. Rollins mentioned his Santa Claus shirt, and it is the 300th consecutive day of wearing Christmas themed attire. Foley does that because he clings to the last vestiges of his innocence that weren't stripped away from him 18 years ago. Foley says he's proud of the scars that night left on him. The tooth that was lodged in his nose is something he's proud of. Foley knows the contribution he made to this business. As a man who has been there and done that, the scars that will haunt you for a lifetime are the emotional wounds that will never heal. A "Thank you Foley," chant breaks out.
Ambrose thanks Foley, but with all due respect, he lost his innocence in more ways than one a long time ago. Ambrose isn't worried about more psychological scars or physical scars. No one understands him in the locker room. If anyone on this planet may understand him and know that he's ready for Hell in a Cell, it's Foley. That's a question Rollins will have to ask himself – was it all worth it? Ambrose tells Rollins to ask himself that before he's in a hospital bed Monday morning. Rollins says he gets it that both Foley and Ambrose are out of their minds. If they think that's what it will take to win on Sunday, then they're out of their minds. It will take more than being crazy. He'll beat Ambrose the same way he's been doing it. Foley and Ambrose are below him. It's not about how crazy you are; it's about how smart you are.
Foley says a wise man said, "That which does not kill you makes you stronger." That man was never thrown off a Cell. He didn't realize that this match will define them the same way it did him. Foley looks at his life pre-Cell and post-Cell. Foley says the people in Kansas City, Missouri (cheap pop) will get the game they've been waiting for twenty-nine years. On Sunday night, when the Cell door slams, they'll get the match they've been waiting for their entire lives. Foley finishes it off by saying, "Have a nice day." Foley's music hits, and he leaves the ring. Ambrose talks a little trash to Rollins as he stares at him. Ambrose scares him off with a steel chair before knocking him off the apron with the mannequin of Rollins. Rollins then throws it at him and the stooges.
They'll see each other again in the main event. John Cena and Dean Ambrose will face Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, and Kane in a Street Fight. Cesaro and Dolph Ziggler will fight, next.
Cesaro vs. Dolph Ziggler
They circle the ring, and Cesaro takes Ziggler down before applying a front face-lock. The commentators mention Ox Baker, who just passed away today. Cesaro applies a side headlock before Ziggler whips him off. Cesaro hits a shoulder block before dropping an elbow for a two count. Cesaro applies a chin lock, but Ziggler whips him off. Cesaro blocks a hip toss before punching him in the face. Cesaro talks some trash before going for a body slam. Ziggler gets out and dropkicks him down.
