"Then. Now. Forever." The WWE video leads us into the show.
John Cena's music hits, and the WWE United States Champion makes his way to the ring as the crowd sings that he sucks. The stage is decorated with numerous ladders indicating that WWE Money in the Bank is just days away. Byron Saxton is on commentary as Booker T is preparing for Tough Enough, which debuts in two weeks. Still photos are shown of Kevin Owens pinning John Cena at WWE Elimination Chamber with a Pop-up Powerbomb. They'll face in a rematch this Sunday. Cena says, "The Champ is here!" The crowd loudly boos that. Some of the biggest moments in WWE history are not defined by a championship; it's simply the will to win. Hulk Hogan vs. The Rock, The Streak, and the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. This Sunday, seven superstars will get in the ring and let it all hang out not for a championship but for an opportunity. Also this Sunday, two champions will enter this ring for the most anticipated rematch in WWE history. It's not for a championship but for an opportunity to stake their claim. Kevin Owens had an unbelievable debut at Elimination Chamber, but he also thinks Cena is full of crap. This Sunday, Owens fights to prove that Cena's time is up and Owens' time is now. This Sunday, he'll fight to prove that his time isn't up; he's just getting started. Cena fights for the fraternity that believes what he believes. He fights for those who think "impossible" is just a word. He even fights for those that chant he sucks. Cena waits for a chant to fire up, but it only kicks up lightly. Cena says whether they're remixing his theme music, chanting, or making fun of his t-shirt, they know in their cold heart of hearts that there is no safer bet than him. After Elimination Chamber, everyone was talking about Kevin Owens vs. John Cena. This Sunday, they'll be excited, astounded, and entertained, but they'll be reminded that he is the standard bearer and the face that runs this place. He is John Cena.
Kevin Owens' music hits, and the NXT Champion makes his way out to the stage. Owens says all Cena is doing is proving his point. Cena really is delusional. Cena is delusional if he thinks he's going to beat him this Sunday at Money in the Bank. Cena is also delusional if he thinks people want to see him come out at the beginning of RAW and issue an open challenge for the WWE United States Championship. People have been watching him come out at the beginning of RAW for the last ten years and are a little tired of it. Owens suggests they try something different and have an NXT Championship open challenge. Cena says, "Mr. Owens, that is actually one hell of an idea. For the first time ever on RAW, the NXT Championship is up for grabs right here in an open challenge. That's a hell of an idea. I accept!" Owens laughs and gets in the ring. Owens reminds him that he's being delusional because they're fighting this Sunday so Cena can't fight him tonight. Cena criticizes him for issuing an open challenge for anyone but him. Cena says when he holds up the championship on RAW and issues an open challenge, it's for anyone that wants to fight. Fighting is what Owens does best, and that challenge goes for him as well.
Cena says New Orleans is the place to be, and he's still the man to beat. Cena officially opens the United States Championship Open Challenge right now. Cena finishes by saying, "You want some? Come get some." Owens says he'll ignore all of that and let the next superstar that comes down the ramp choose what title they want to fight for.
Neville's music hits, and he'll be answering the challenge. Neville gets in the ring and looks at both men. Neville says he's answered the United States Championship Open Challenge and would love to fight him for the title again one day. However, ever since Owens has become the NXT Champion, he thinks it gives him a license to disrespect the superstars and fans of WWE. The truth is this: Owens may call himself a prizefighter, but he's not worthy of that prize. As a proud, former NXT Champion, Cena knows what he has to do. Neville says he's here to beat Kevin Owens for the NXT Championship.
Neville will face Kevin Owens for the NXT Championship, next.
Lilian Garcia does the formal in-ring introductions for both Kevin Owens and Neville. John Cena will be on commentary for the match.

The Money in the Bank briefcase is seen hanging over the ring. Roman Reigns' music hits, and he makes his way to the ring. Reigns walks around the ring as the crowd is mixed toward him. Reigns says there was a time he absolutely hated that briefcase. Reigns hated the contract inside and everything it stood for. Reigns says it's time to talk about him making history when he goes through six superstars, climbs the ladder, and takes the contract this Sunday. The day will come when he'll cash in and have a match against the man who is walking out of Money in the Bank with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Dean Ambrose.

It's the same smile he had after he bounced Randy Orton around the ring last Monday on RAW. The WWE Universe deserves a true icon as champion. Sheamus is just one Brogue Kick from becoming the next WWE World Heavyweight Champion once again.
Kane asks if there's anyone else that wants to interrupt him. No one comes out. Kane says there are two other men in the match. One is the Neville, and the other is Randy Orton. Orton makes his way to the ring to a big pop. He'll be in action against Sheamus, next.

Rollins says he's facing J&J Security. He doesn't need any luck. He's the champ. Kane says he's in a no win situation. Things can go one of two ways. One – Rollins pulls off a miracle and beats Dean Ambrose on his own. Then he'll face Kane when he cashes in the Money in the Bank contract to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. The title will stay in The Authority, and he'll be the future. The second scenario is Ambrose beats him and he cashes in on him. It's a win-win for Kane.
