The WWF blimp flew over the arena as Bob Backlund campaigned for president, earlier in the day.

Struthers, Ohio hosts Jerry Lawler and Vince McMahon on Monday Night Raw. They rundown who will wrestle tonight, inclduding a few debuts.

Savio Vega vs. Kenny Kendall
Savio dominates the match: his debut on Raw. Savio gets Kenny to submit with a stretch.

A music video with Diesel in it; it is his theme song with footage of some of his great moves.

Ted DiBiase talks about what he, Tatanka, and Sid will do to Diesel at the King of the Ring.

Skip with Sonny vs. Barry Horrowitz
Skip dominates for most of the match, which is his debut on Raw. Horrowitz does get a few moves in, though. A top rope leg drop gives Skip the win.

Owen Hart with Mr. Fuji and Jim Cornette vs. British Bulldog - King of the Ring qualifying match.
This is taped from another location, with Gorilla Monsoon and Jim Ross as commentators. This ends up a great match with two great men, who do some awesome moves. Bulldog goes a vertical superplex but only gets a two. Owen puts Bulldog in a sleeper hold. The match only has a fifteen minute time limit, and they are getting close to it. The Bulldog goes for a surfboard submission. A running pwerslam gets a two, with Owen's leg on the rope. A lot of near falls, with only thirty seconds left. A time limit draw, even though Owen thinks he won.

In Ohio, McMahon says that Jack Tunney will have to make a decision as to who will enter the King of the Ring tournament, because of the outcome of the match.

Jerry Lalwer talks about not washing his feet for two weeks.

Bret Hart comes out for an interview with Vince McMahon. He talks about his match with Jerry Lawler at the King of the Ring. Hart is dedicating the match to his family.

Jean-Pierre LaFitte vs. Jerry Flynn
LaFitte domintes the match. LaFitte does a jump over the top rope onto Flynn. A top rope cannonball gives LaFitte the win.

Next week, Yokozuna will wrestle Lex Luger for the final King of the Ring spot.

They talk to Bob Backlund, who is outside, talking about next week's matches.
