JBL had his tires and his trusty ten-gallon hat both stolen Thursday night.

But it could’ve been worse.

Just ask Kenzo Suzuki & Renee Dupree, who unexpectedly lost their WWE Tag Team Championship in thrilling fashion as the last SmackDown! before Armageddon was jam-packed with drama.

After a Bra & Panties tussle between Torrie Wilson and Hiroko spilled into the ring, the WWE Tag Team Champions decided to come to the aid of Suzuki’s wife.

But Rey Mysterio & Rob Van Dam, who are scheduled to face Suzuki & Dupree at Armageddon Sunday, came come to Torrie’s aid.

So with all the necessary combatants in the ring, SmackDown! General Manager Theodore Long made an impromptu title match. And it ended with Mysterio reversing a Suzuki slam and using Van Dam’s extended arm for leverage for the pin.

Meanwhile, WWE Champion JBL, Chief of Staff Orlando Jordan and Secretaries of Defense the Basham Brothers took on Eddie Guerrero, Booker T and Undertaker in a Handicap Match.

This night ended much differently than last week, when JBL and his Cabinet pummeled Undertaker before taunting him. This time Taker would Tombstone and pin Jordan before all three Armageddon challengers stared down a clearly shaken JBL.

Earlier in the night, JBL learned that Long had banned his Cabinet from ringside for the Fatal Fourway on Sunday. He also had the tires on his limo stolen by Guerrero and his hat taken by Booker T.

The $1,000,000 Tough Enough is down to just two contestants after Justice Smith was eliminated Thursday. Daniel Puder would then defeat Mike Mizanin in a jousting competition. At Armageddon, the two will face off in a Dixie Dog Fight.

Funaki, SmackDown!’s No. 1 announcer, is now SmackDown!’s No. 1 cruiserweight contender after he won a Cruiserweight Battle Royal. Funaki will face Spike Dudley at Armageddon.

Kurt Angle’s Invitational took an unexpected twist this week, as the Hometown Hero turned out to be South Carolina’s own Big Show. Show would go on to face Mark Jindrak, and while Show dominated the action, Angle and Luther Reigns soon interfered.

The melee ended with Angle throwing the steel steps into the back of an already down Show.

Jesus and Charlie Haas began their Street Fight Thursday, but when Carlito kidnapped Dawn Marie, it distracted Haas, who then was struck by a fistful of steel chain.

Haas was out cold as both Dawn Marie and Miss Jackie came to his rescue before staring down each other down. The two Divas will get it on at Armageddon.

There was also some news on the Heidenreich front. Paul Heyman tried to convince Heidenreich it was time to leave his medical facility, but the unstable monster said he would never go back to SmackDown!
