"Yes, sir, we promised you a great main event..." The WWE video leads us into the show.

The Smackdown video plays and we're brought in to the arena with some pyrotechnics. We're across the border in Canada. Todd Grisham, Matt Striker, and Michael Cole welcome us to the show. Tonight's main event will be Champion vs. Champion, as the WWE Champion Randy Orton will take on the World Heavyweight Champion Kane.

Smackdown's General Manager Theodore Long is in the ring with Team Raw standing across from Team Smackdown. The new and improved Bragging Rights Trophy is in the ring. Long goes over the match at Bragging Rights and says it'll be an elimination match. That's funny because last week they were talking about how there are no eliminations... Get your story straight! Long says he won't be making the matches – the superstars will do that.

The Miz, Team Raw's Captain, says Long should thank him and the members of Team Raw for coming to the "B-side". Miz says he's already proven his superiority over Big Show so they'll have a six-man tag team match. It'll be The Miz, Ezekiel Jackson, and Sheamus. Big Show says that doesn't surprise him. Miz is hiding behind two powerhouses just like he did when they were a tag team. Big Show asks if he still wets the bed. Big Show announces his team tonight will be Kofi Kingston and Rey Mysterio.

Edge takes the microphone and says since they're able to make the matches he wants to be in action, too. He wants a one-on-one match against the most obnoxious, condescending, self-righteous, sanctimonious superstar on any brand. Edge wants to take on CM Punk.

John Morrison challenges Alberto Del Rio to a match as well. Morrison made some lame jokes before getting to that challenge. Morrison is atrocious on the mic. Jack Swagger grabs the microphone and says he wants to take on the superstar with the worst finisher since the Sharpshooter (big heat in Canada). Swagger wants to take on Santino Marella. Long takes the microphone and says the six-man tag starts right now!

Kingston counters a body slam but has a whip reversed on him. Kingston hangs on the ropes so Sheamus charges and Kingston pulls the top rope down. Big Show is tagged in and he hits Miz with a pair of clotheslines. Big Show sends him to the ropes and pulls off a ridiculously high back body drop. Sheamus runs in and meets the same fate. Mysterio immediately follows up with a seated senton on Sheamus and walks right into a gorilla press by Jackson. Big Show kicks Jackson before he can do anything. The Miz jumps into a Chokeslam from Big Show and Mysterio is tagged in. Mysterio gets on Big Show's shoulders and hits a body splash on The Miz for the win!

Tonight Randy Orton will take on Kane in a Champion vs. Champion match.

The Smackdown announcing team talks about the WWE Championship Match at Bragging Rights. They then go into a recap of the past few weeks since John Cena joined the Nexus.

Josh Mathews is backstage with WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler and Smackdown's Official Consultant Vickie Guerrero. Mathews asks about Daniel Bryan's challenge from Monday. Ziggler says he was jumped from behind on Monday. He also thought a fan stumbled into the ring wearing his dad's underwear and grandfather's beard. Ziggler says Bryan is like a high school team facing the Super Bowl Champions. Daniel Bryan has nothing to protect him when he crushes him at Bragging Rights.

Jack Swagger comes out with the Swagger Soaring Eagle for his match against Santino Marella. That match is next.

-Commercial Break

Jack Swagger w/ The Swagger Soaring Eagle vs. Santino Marella

"Dashing" Cody Rhodes is back with another tip to keep us positively dashing. Rhodes says dried up lips are nasty so wear lip balm and lip gloss.

Ricardo Rodriguez is in the ring to introduce Alberto Del Rio, who has, for my money, the best entrance music in all of wrestling. Del Rio drives into the arena in a nice Mercedes. That's an awesome car.
