Matt Hardy first came into the WWE with his brother Jeff and wrestled as a tag team that would always lose to the better known teams: they were jobbers.  This happened in around 1996 and 1997, but early in 1998 they actually became winners of matches.  They were high flyers and quickly became popular with all their acrobatic moves they performed.  The two had much success, winning Tables, Ladders and Chairs (TLC) Matches and tag team championships.

The two eventually split up, going their own separate ways.  Both won singles titles, Matt won the Cruiserweight Championship.  The WWE draft of 2002 led both men to RAW, but shortly Matt left to go to Smackdown! where he competes in the cruiserweight division there.  In 2003, Matt Hardy took on a new persona, Matt Hardy, Version 1.0.  It is interesting to see him enter the ring on TV, because they always give us two facts about him that we never knew.  He got Shannon Moore and Crash Holly to join his group, known as MF'ers: Mattitude Followers, being that Mattitude is his way of life.

Matt Hardy is still a good wrestler and high flyer as he was when he was jobbing to others.  It seems like the sky is the limit for this young superstar of the WWE.
