or Nothing this past Saturday.
The Inner Circle is with a truck full of their t-shirts for their
Pep Rally.
The AEW Dynamite video plays, and we go live into Daily’s Place to
see a pyrotechnics display. We’ll see an Inner Circle Pep Rally, as
well as an interview with TNT Champion Cody. There will also be a
Battle Royal with the winner facing Cody for the title next week.
SCU will battle Kip Sabian and Jimmy Havoc with the winners facing
AEW Tag Team Champions Hangman Page and Kenny Omega next week as
well. Brian Cage makes his Dynamite debut, and we’ll also see AEW
Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida in action.
Broken Matt Hardy is backstage with “The Bucks of Youth.” They ask
for a different version of him, so he comes out as Matt Hardy from
The Hardy Boyz. They want a few years before that, so he comes out
as a younger Matt Hardy.
Private Party and Joey Janela vs. Matt Hardy and The Young Bucks
It’ll be Matt Jackson taking on Marq Quen. Nick quickly takes him
down and hits a leg drop. The Young Bucks then wipe out Private
Party with a double-team cross-body block. Janela runs in, but the
Bucks take him down. Matt Hardy tags in, and all three splash
Janela. Hardy and Nick then hit Poetry in Motion. Nick is the legal
man, and Isiah Kassidy tags in. Nick attacks Private Party, but they
soon get him on the apron. Quen hits Nick with a hurricanrana off
the apron to the floor! Janela then hits him with a suicide dive
before hitting a Death Valley Driver on the floor! Janela gets Nick
in the ring and picks up a near fall.
Kassidy tags back in and elbows Nick in the back. Kassidy applies an
abdominal stretch, but Nick fights out. Kassidy elbows him in the
mouth, but he has a whip reversed. Private Party goes for Silly
String, but Nick avoids it. Nick takes them down and goes for a
moonsault off the apron, but lands on his feet when Janela moves.
Nick gives Janela a back body drop into the crowd and goes for a
superkick, but Janela ducks, and Blade eats it! The Butcher and the
Blade attack Nick, so Matt helps his brother out. Janela hits Matt
before putting Nick in the ring. Nick hits a facebuster on Janela on
the ramp before monkey flipping Quen on the apron. Nick hits Kassidy
with a Destroyer in the ring, and all are down!
Hardy tags in and attacks Kassidy, the legal man. Hardy hits a pair
of clotheslines and a back body drop. Hardy hits a Side Effect for a
near fall. Hardy sizes Kassidy up, but Kassidy blocks the kick.
Kassidy hits a step-up enzuigiri before going for a springboard
bulldog. Hardy blocks it and gives Private Party a double DDT. Hardy
then hits Janela with a Side Effect. Hardy piles Private Party and
Janela up before going to the top rope for a moonsault! Hardy
covers, but all three kick out. Matt tags in and punches away at
Kassidy. Matt hits the ropes, but Janela kicks him in the ribs. Nick
runs in, but Janela punches him back. Janela then hits The Young
Bucks with a missile dropkick. Janela goes for an Asai Moonsault,
but Hardy stops him, hanging him in the tree of woe. The Young Bucks
double superkick Janela from ringside. Private Party then wipes out
The Young Bucks with a double summersault plancha. Quen looks to
have a legitimate knee injury. Kassidy hits Hardy with a tornado DDT
for a near fall.
Kassidy puts Hardy on the top rope, and Matt superkicks him. Hardy
hits a diving elbow on Kassidy before Matt hits a rolling fireman’s
carry. Nick follows up with a splash. Matt hits a splash, and Hardy
covers for the win!
Winners by Pinfall: Matt Hardy and The Young Bucks
Matt Hardy shows concern for Marq Quen and helps him to the back.
Quen doesn’t appear to be able to put any weight on the knee. The
Butcher and the Blade attack The Young Bucks in the ring.

truck! The former Revival, now known as FTR, get in the ring and
attack The Butcher and The Blade. They attack and hit a spike

AEW World Champion Jon Moxley makes his way to the ring and walks
around ringside. Moxley joins commentary for the next match.

Drill Claw for the win!
Winner by Pinfall: Brian Cage
Taz joins Brian Cage in the ring. Taz says it’s great to see the

his career through grinding. At Fyter Fest, he’s dealing with
something different. He’s dealing with a machine. Taz wants him to
bring the fight and grit Moxley is known for, as well as his heart.
Cage will tear Moxley’s heart out of his chest. Taz tells Moxley to
understand that this is “The Machine” Brian Cage. Survive if he lets
you!

Dr. Britt Baker is brought out to the stage on a wheelchair. It says
“Roll Model” on the back. Tony Schiavone is at the top of the ramp
with her. There’s a board that says, “The Rules of Being a Role
Model.” Baker isn’t pleased with how he announced it. Rule #3 is all
about her: Don’t hurt the role model. Last week’s egregious tandem
assault left her with a broken tibia. It wasn’t an accident. It was
a conspiracy that goes far and beyond.
Still photos are shown of Nyla Rose landing on her leg and Baker
being tended to at ringside. Baker says there’s no women’s division
without her. Kris Statlander being an alien is a crock of shit.
Hikaru Shida is a cheater and conspirator. Nyla Rose has come off
the top rope with precision and grace, so she couldn’t have guided
herself away from her fragile leg? Conspirator!
Baker has Rebel get a bulletin board with a bunch of pictures and
red string. All the evils done to her have seen Aubrey Edwards
(mostly) refereeing the matches Baker was hurt in. Baker says she’ll
be back for All Out. They’re on notice.

Video Package: Cody defeats Lance Archer to win the TNT Championship
TNT Champion Cody makes his way to the ring. Tony Schiavone is in
the ring to interview him. Schiavone congratulates him on the win.
Cody asks Schiavone if he knows why Tom Brady is his favorite
quarterback. It’s not because he’s a Boston guy who isn’t welcome in
Connecticut… it’s because he wasn’t picked first. Tony Khan started
a company wanting the best wrestlers in the world. Cody wasn’t the
first, second, or third call. It doesn’t bother him because he’s the
very first champion of America’s greatest network.
People think his story is one of nepotism and favoritism. His story
is about a 21 year old kid that got called up to television not
knowing anything. Cody says he grew up before everyone. Cody says
people can critique him bell to bell, but he’ll outrun anyone on a
track. Cody says this TNT Championship will be an open challenge.
Cody has an obligation to the fans that turn out in droves for them.
He’ll be a fighting champion defending the title every week.

Kazarian avoids an attack from Sabian and drops a leg on him. SCU
hits a double swinging DDT for a near fall. Kazarian is in the ring
and hits Havoc with a cutter. Kazarian avoids a summersault senton
from Sabian, and Havoc takes it. Penelope Ford interferes. Havoc and
Sabian hits a Michinoku Driver/dropkick for the win!

for the AEW World Tag Team Championship next week on AEW Dynamite.
