Vince McMahon provides the voice over for the opening video, which is
dedicated to the late Angelo Savoldi (1914-2013).
RAW comes on the air with a video highlighting the locker room brawl that saved
Daniel Bryan from destruction at the end of last week’s RAW.
The talent involved in the daring rescue from last week are standing on the
entrance ramp. Stephanie McMahon and Triple H are introduced as the Owner and
COO of the WWE respectively. There is a red carpet covering the ring canvas. The
Shield stands guard at ringside. A microphone is set up on the entrance ramp in
the middle of the Superstars.
Stephanie and Triple H make their way to the ring and welcome the crowd to RAW.
Hunter and Stephanie mock the ‘Yes’ chants from Daniel Bryan. Triple H says that
rumors have been circulating about what punishment the ten Superstars that saved
Bryan last week. Stephanie takes over to address the stars. She thanks them. She
thanks them for finally standing up and proving that they are men. Triple H says
that their involvement had nothing to do with Daniel Bryan.
Rob Van Dam is the first to speak. He counters Triple H and says that they were
fighting for Daniel Bryan. Bryan was screwed over and Triple H would do the same
to any of them. Triple H retorts that is seems unusual that a star would fight
for a WWE Champion. Most Superstars fight to be the WWE Champion. Triple H
addresses Dolph Ziggler and asks if he was really fighting for Bryan. Triple H
doesn’t understand why they think Bryan should deserve a Title opportunity over
their own selves. Stephanie asks why R-Truth or Zack Ryder wouldn’t want to
fight to become the face of the company. Triple H believes that it is The Shield
who is causing their real frustration. After all The Shield has beaten up each
and every Superstar on the stage. They will all compete in an Elimination
Handicap Match against The Shield. Daniel Bryan will join them as their partner.
Hopefully he will fight for them with the same passion that they fought for him.
It will be the first ever 11 on 3 Elimination Handicap Match. Also, The WWE
Universe will vote for one of the men to fight Randy Orton later tonight. Voting
will take place on the WWE App. Triple H says that what is best for all the fans
is what is best for business.

bottom rope. Rio slides to the outside and hits a running knee to the skull of
Kofi, which is hanging over the apron. Kofi catches his breath and goes on the
assault when Rio gets back into the ring. Rio tries a bit of skullduggery by
pulling at Kofi’s hair. Kingston is not amused and knocks his foe out of the
ring. Rio scurries to the timekeeper’s area in order to avoid another aerial
potion.

the corner. Del Rio is seated on the turnbuckle as he absorbs blows. Rio slides

The referee backs Rio away from Kofi in the corner, which seems to open the door
for Kofi. However Rio counters an initial kick. Unfazed, Kofi hits a high
standing dropkick. Rio misses a clothesline and is dropped with a few hard
chops. Kofi has the wind knocked out of him as Rio kicks him in the gut. Kofi
responds with SOS, but Rio kicks out of the cover.
Kofi keeps control as he hits a Boom Drop. Kofi heads to the corner and pumps up
the crowd as he looks for Trouble in Paradise. Rio dodges and counters into a
bridging German Suplex. Kofi kicks out of the cover. With a menacing look on his
face Rio looks for the finish. Kofi counters a tilt-a-whirl into a cover.
Alberto kicks out. Rio tosses his opponent shoulder first into the steel post.
Rio cinches on the Cross-Arm Breaker. Kofi has no choice but to tap as the dual
effect of the steel post followed by the submission provides his downfall.

Miz addresses the encounter between Big Show and Dusty Rhodes last week on RAW.
Miz asks why Show would follow the commands of Stephanie and Triple H. Miz says
that WWE Superstars are starting to step up so now it is time for Big Show to
step up as well. Miz slanders Stephanie, which of course brings out Vince’s dear
daughter.
Stephanie struts her way down and into the ring. Big Show shakes his head, as he
knows that trouble is in store. Stephanie says that she will allow most of what
Miz said to slide because she knows that he likes to stir the pot. Stephanie
turns the spotlight on Miz. She points out that Orton slaughtered him last week.
She also mocks him for being a utility player. Whenever there is a low exposure
media opportunity it is The Miz that is chosen. Stephanie points out that he
peaked too soon. He has received plenty of chances but just can’t seem to
measure up. Stephanie seems amused that Miz’s mom witnessed his beating last
week at the hand of Orton. Stephanie commands Big Show to knock Miz out. Miz is
confused – until he is spun directly into a giant fist.

out that Paul Heyman pinned him. The history books will always show that. Punk

end. He knows that when he comes after Heyman help will be on hand. Punk asks if

him, but Heyman will beat him with both hands tied behind his back. Heyman
declares his goodbye. He tries to scoot away, but the battery has died on his
scooter.
