“Then. Now. Forever.” The WWE video leads us into the show.

A video kicks off the show that recaps what happened between Randy Orton and Matt Hardy. Orton attacked Hardy, who was already in a neck brace, and annihilated him with two con-chair-to attacks outside the ring.

The Raw video plays, and we’re brought into the arena to see a big pyrotechnics display. WWE Champion Brock Lesnar will be here tonight. We’ll also see Seth Rollins take on Montez Ford, while Murphy will take on Angelo Dawkins. We’ll also see a Women’s Elimination Chamber Contract Signing.

Randy Orton makes his way to the ring to boos from the crowd. Orton takes his time before saying he needs to apologize. He’s definitely not the most sentimental of men, but his emotions have become unbalanced as of late. The crowd boos him. This morning when he arrived to the venue, it had been 15 years since Monday Night Raw had been in Winnipeg. The crowd cheers the return of Raw. Orton says he would’ve been 24 years old. Thanks to the internet, he did some research. On that Raw 15 years ago, he was the Intercontinental Champion and was punched in the face by a certain man (a Y2J chant picks up)… a man who would eventually save him from his self-destructive tendencies. This is a man he would eventually look up to and love like a brother. His name was Adam, but everyone knows him as Edge.

The crowd chants, “We want Edge.” Orton says he won’t be here because of what he did to him almost a month ago. Orton doesn’t expect the people to understand why he did what he did to Edge. What he did is something he’s very sorry for. Orton is truly sorry from the bottom of his heart. The crowd doesn’t believe him.

Kevin Owens’ music hits, and he gets a big reaction from the crowd. The crowd chants Owens’ name. Owens says he has to pause while they chant his name. For the past few months, Owens has been dealing with delusional people like AOP, their little buddy Murphy, and the “Monday Night Moron” Seth Rollins. Owens is putting those issues aside for tonight because he has an issue with Orton. Dealing with delusional people is a specialty of his. Owens heard Orton apologize for what he did to Edge. Owens says he doesn’t think Orton means it. Owens tells him to drop the act and explain himself. Matt Hardy asked to answers and caught a vicious beating. Now Owens is out here to ask.

Orton says Owens doesn’t want to go down that road. Owens says he really does want to go down that road. Owens asys he’s been a WWE fan his entire life. He remembers watching Edge retire. Owens was already on the independent circuit, but he wanted to get to WWE eventually. Watching Edge retire sucked for Edge and him because he dreamed about facing him. Owens was thrilled to see Edge’s face at his comeback in the Royal Rumble. The next night Edge took it all away. Owens asks why Orton did it. Orton says everyone thinks they know him. Owens says he doesn’t know Orton. All he knows is the people are sick of watching them talk. What they want to see is the two of them fight. Owens throws down the microphone. Orton agrees to the fight… but not right this minute. Orton immediately leaves the ring to boos.

Charly Caruso is backstage with Angel Garza and Zelina Vega. Last week they called themselves the hottest couple of people on Raw and are strictly business partners. What do they have for Humberto Carrillo? Vega says they’re taking out the trash. Family is very important. There’s family you’re proud of and family you’d like to deny. Charly thanks hands with them. Garza says with Charly business is always pleasure.

They’re The O.C., the official, the original, the only club that matters. They attack Black and slam him into the wall before triple-teaming him. They walk off, and Black pulls himself up looking woozy.

WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman appear
WWE Champion Brock Lesnar makes his way to the ring alongside his advocate Paul Heyman. The crowd gives Lesnar a big reception. Lesnar stands in the ring and looks around at the Winnipeg crowd. Heyman says, “Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman, and I am the advocate for YOUR reigning, defending, undisputed WWE Heavyweight Champion of the world, Brock Lesnar!” The crowd is loving this.

For years, people have tried to brand themselves as WWE Superstars and celebrities, but Brock Lesnar doesn’t need a catchphrase. The catchphrase is the fact that since 2002, every single time he wants to he can reign as champion. Donning the tights and lacing the boots to take someone to Suplex City isn’t something that happens every night. It is special. This Thursday, when Brock Lesnar lays waste to Ricochet, the master of the uppercut… imagine the beating Ricochet will get because Brock Lesnar feels he owes him one. When Lesnar steps in the ring at Super ShowDown, by the fact that Lesnar is wrestling it is special. This Thursday is a lot more special because the stakes have never been higher for a Brock Lesnar match. Why? It’s a good question for Canadians. Heyman says, “Thou shalt not boo thy advocate!” If Ricochet pulls off the miracle of miracles and emerges victorious over Lesnar and becomes the WWE Champion to main event WrestleMania against Drew McIntyre, that means the consequences are groundbreaking. If his aunt had balls, she’d be his uncle. She doesn’t, so she’s not. “If” can go out the window because Lesnar is taking out Ricochet to go to WrestleMania.

Heyman has only been wrong on one spoiler in seven years. This is not a prediction. It’s a spoiler. Lesnar is taking McIntyre to Suplex City and defeating him once and for all. They’ll all realize then, now, and forever their reigning, defending, undisputed WWE Heavyweight Champion of the world, Brock Lesnar. Lesnar holds up the WWE Championship, and they leave the ring. Lesnar walks over to the commentary table, and the commentators scatter. Lesnar stands on the table and poses with the belt.

That really pissed him off.
