WWE Raw kicks off with Becky Lynch walking down to the ring.
WWE Raw kicks off with Becky Lynch walking down to the ring. She
welcomes everyone to the big time, to Monday Night Raw! Lynch says
it has been a while since she came out and welcomed everyone because
truth be told, she didn’t feel up for it without her title. She did
not feel liek coming out and pretending like everything is ok while
so many of them prayed for her downfall.
Becky says many wish that she would never get her hands on that
title. But she does what she wants and she is pretty fueled up. She
says some people collect stamps but she collects enemies and she
will keep collecting them as she is up to the top. She says she will
regain her title at Hell in a Cell.
Lynch says the odds are stacked against her but they always have
been and that never stopped her before. She defies the odds but
right now, she wants to go back to the 2020 Money in the Bank. We
see Asuka standing on top of the ladder with a contract. She earned
her way to the top and that is why when Becky went off to create
life like the God she is, she generously gave Aska the greatest gift
of her career. She handed her the title. She says she had a plan
that Asuka would hold the title until she got back and she would
come back and beat her. But what she realizes now is she created a
selfish, entitled monster by handing Asuka that title. Asuka’s music
hits.
Asuka says Becky is still big time baby.. Asuka speaks in Japanese
and she says no one is ready for Asuka. Not Bianca, not Becky
because at Hell in a Cell, she is ready to be the new Raw women’s
champion.
Becky tells her that is not how it is going to work. Out comes
Bianca Belair to the ring. Bianca says both of them need to stop
because they are saying too much. She is not complaining that she
has to defend her title at Hell in a Cell and not even in a one on
one match. She doesn’t even have to get pnned in order to lose her
title. But unlike the two of them, she likes to do her talking in
the ring.
Bianca says she respects Asuka but in the match tonight, she will
have a lot to say. And as for Becky, she cannot wait to give her a
piece of her mind at Hell in a Cell. Because she doesn’t care what
her odds are, the only percentage she is sure of is that the title
is not going anywhere. And if she has to, she will 100% drop Becky
just like she did at WrestleMania. Becky with a right hand on Bianca
and Asuka with right hands on Becky. Bianca pulls Asuka away as

Cody Rhodes makes his way down to the ring. He says he has always
been a fan of Seth Rollins. From the first time you see Seth, you
can see his potential. One of his teachers in NXT saw the same
potential and that was the man who raised him. The fans chant
“Dusty”. Cody says he told him all about the special ingredients
that Seth had, things that would make him a generational talent. And
Seth lives up to the hype.
He says imagine you are him and you get a second chance at
WrestleMania against Seth Rollins. He says he was nervous. He was
very nervous because everything he had done, everywhere he had gone
to, he could not return here with a loss. And he didn’t. They ran it
back at WrestleMania Backlash and it was the same outcome both
times. And it has driven Seth mad. Jealousy leads men to desparate
measures. He says Seth is an egomaniac and he wants everything to
himself. And that is what makes Seth so dangerous.
Cody says Sunday at Hell in a Cell, he is walking into the biggest
challenge of his entire career. And he needs Seth to know and hear
him, to feel what he is going to say next. All the respect that he
has for him and every ounce of his self control will be locked
outside of Hell in a Cell. He is going to be locked inside with a
man who wants to hurt him.
Seth’s music hits as we hear his laugh. He is in between the WWE
universe. He tells Cody that he can talk about Seth’s motivation but
he will make it very easy for Cody to understand. It is simple. Seth
doesn’t like him. He doesn’t like him and he does not want him
there. He tried to accept this new version of Cody but every week
the pandering got worse and worse. And the Cody chants got louder
and louder. And now all he hears in his sleep is Cody. And he cannot
stand it any longer.
Rollins says Cody left WWE six years ago because he was not good
enough. And every single day that he was gone, he and his little
friends tried to tear down what he was building. And when that
didn’t work, he came running back. The prodigal son returns home to
fulfill his family legacy. Not on his watch says Seth. He says he
does not get to be the conquering hero in his kingdom. You don’t get
to take a sledgehammer to the throne, come back and try to take that
throne from him.
Seth says he does not like him. He does not want him here and in six
days inside Hell in a Cell, he is going to prey on his insecurities.
He is not just going to change him but he is going to end him. And
they will finally wake up from this American Nightmare.
Cody says he is curious. What is stopping Cody. Three ropes and the
barricade. What is stopping them. Why are they waiting. The time for
talk is over. Cody tells him to talk to him with his actions. Seth
starts walking down the steps. He is about to jump the barricade and
laughs. He tells Cody he will see him Sunday.
