"Then. Now. Forever." The WWE video leads us into the show.

defeated by The Shield. Ryback was originally supposed to be Cena's partner.
Ryback watched gleefully as Cena clutched at his injured Achilles tendon.
Ryback's music hits, and he makes his way to the ring to a chorus of boos from
the WWE Universe. Ryback wants to get one thing straight. He knew John Cena was
hurt last Monday night, which is why he couldn't tag with him against The
Shield. He's not Cena's keeper. Cena chose to put himself in that match against
The Shield. He chose to put himself at further risk, and he lost to The Shield.
Afterwards, he was hobbling around like a weak, pathetic animal. In the law of
the jungle, the bigger, stronger, and faster animals always eat the weak. Ryback
rules!

post twice. Ryback throws him into the ring and stands over him before dead
lifting him up for a powerbomb. Ryback goes for it again, but Bryan kicks him.

Show from Monday. It was World Wish Day. Cena then came out with three kids on
RAW. That's some really great stuff done by John Cena and WWE.
Renee Young is backstage with Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger. Young asks Colter
about avenging his loss from RAW. Colter asks for her name before incorrectly
calling her Rhonda anyway. Colter says she's a member of the "lamestream media"
so she is going to distort facts to fit her own agenda. The real story from RAW
was his personal bravery. He was very sick before the show with 102-degree
temperature and vertigo, but he showed up to work because that's what real
Americans do. It wasn't lost on the people on Twitter. Some people have said
that his performance was one of the single most inspiring things they've ever
seen. What hurt worst of all was his victory was given to an illegal immigrant
that snuck across the border. Ricardo Rodriguez is guilty of theft. He could go
to the police because he has witnesses, but he's going to do it himself. He's
going to rectify this situation. There will be no taint on his victory. Unlike
illegal immigrants, real Americans play fair. We the people!

ring with a microphone. Big Show says Orton has to be the most amazing
competitor in one-on-one competition. He's just not much of a team player. It's
all about Randy Orton. If Orton didn't have such a big ego at WrestleMania and
tagged him in, maybe they wouldn't have lost to The Shield, and Orton wouldn't
have been knocked out. Sandow quickly attacks Orton from behind and hits the
Terminus. Big Show laughs heartily at what just happened. Big Show tells Orton
